The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Old Town, allowing for easy access to the vibrant nightlife of the clubs next door. The rooms are small but clean, with comfortable sheets and a bathroom that is adequately furnished. The staff provides excellent customer service and the quaint rooftop terrace is a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and soak in the view of the city.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment and lacks the cozy atmosphere that one would expect.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town. The location is superb, situated on the edge of Vieux Nice, it is just a stone's throw away from the bus station and tram stops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The area surrounding the hotel is highly atmospheric, with charming streets and plenty of great restaurants and bars to enjoy. The rooms, although small, are exceptionally clean and tidy, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the rooms with their little French balconies, adding a touch of historic charm to the experience. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served until 10:30 am, perfect for enjoying a leisurely morning during your holiday.
All was great with this hotel.
